Custom Jewelry
We believe education is an important part of each buying decision and design. Our staff is here to assist during the entire custom design process. We can assist with ideas you have or provide different ideas and way to do things. We have many years of experience and can help provide practical and artistic suggestions.

We use the GemVision Video Imaging System along with the Digital Goldsmith computer assisted design software to assist our customers in producing custom jewelry designs before any wax work is started.

We’ll start with an idea and a block of wax. A wax model will be carved to produce the piece of jewelry. At this point, you will come in and see the model complete with stones (if applicable).

If you love the design (and we’re sure you will) we’ll move on to the casting and stone setting process. If it’s not quite right – we’ll make changes and show you again.

From a block of wax to a beautiful masterpiece… we want you involved in the journey.

Repairs
We are a unique retail jeweler in our community because of our cutting edge technology. We have a state-of-the art laser welding system for delicate repairs and manufacturing.

Our laser machine joins two metals together using very little heat; a conventional torch uses a high heat flame to fuse metals. The heat from a conventional torch can be harmful to fragile stones like emeralds. Using the laser, we are able to repair fragile pieces.
